Check how you are feeling and then clear it.
Most of the time, we simply let our feelings be.
Or if you're like me, you numb it out.
That's not good.
Depleting emotions will continue to drain you if it remains unchecked.
On the other hand, you miss the benefits of renewing emotions if you ignore it.
I'm good with noticing sparks of joy as I told you before.
I need to practice observing and feeling depleting energies though.
Since last week, I've been keeping an eye on my negative emotions.
I give myself permission to feel it this time around and then clear it as soon as possible.
I love the results!
It saves me time when I check-in with myself before bedtime.
It allows me to step into my meditation right away.
And, I sleep better.
