Shibashi & Sound Healing Course

In this course, you will learn 6 movements of Shibashi for an hour. The session will end with a crystal bowl sound bath for 30mins.

Shibashi is a series of energy-enhancing exercises that coordinate movement with breathing and concentration.

These exercises are practiced in a fluid, continuous manner.

Shibashi is designed to improve the general health and wellbeing of the practitioner. The gentle rocking motions and stretching movements improve circulation and digestion. The chest exercises and controlled breathing are good for lung conditions and asthma. And the overall effect of the exercise is to reduce mental stress and physical tension carried in the muscles of the body.

The exercises are very effective and easy to learn. It is practiced around the world by over 10 million people.

A sound healer since 2010, she uses her gifts in playing crystal singing bowls and spirit singing to send healing vibrations.
