About the Event
With kids cooped at home, there are limited chances for play and movement. The importance of play & movement cannot be overlooked. They are vital for children's physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development.
We're bringing you kids yoga to help little ones:
✔️ improve their strength & immunity
✔️ regulate themselves
✔️ improve attention span & concentration for tasks
✔️ provide an opportunity to interact with peers
✔️ develop active listening & following instructions
✔️ express their feelings & emotions
Open for kids 4-14 years old.
Schedule of Classes:
Sundays at 4:00-5:00 pm with Teacher Lei
About your facilitator:
Lei has been a licensed professional teacher since 2005, a certified Reiki Practitioner and Master, BodyTalk Access Technician, and Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher for kids and family.
She is also the Head of Faculty for SMILE Group Philippines, which provides mindful and interactive learning experiences to empower a solution driven generation.
She is also Atma Prema’s Raising Frequencies and Self-Love Solution Teacher.
