This experiential retreat will guide you in:

This is going to be a very interactive, creative, and experiential retreat. We will have:

About your facilitators:

Karen Navarro is the founder of the Online Healing Community. She is a certified occupational therapist in the Philippines and the US with 20 years of practice in the field. She is also a certified Access Bars® practitioner. Moreover, she is a meditation practitioner for 12 years. She has been designing and facilitating programs and retreats for organizations and companies for 9 years.

Ayyi Gardiola is a meditation practitioner for three decades, a development professional, training organizer, and facilitator for fifteen years, an angel intuitive for eight years, and an energy healer for seven years. Her mission is to help facilitate the healing of consciousness through energy awareness and creative arts for a more compassionate world.
